Here’s this week’s rundown on the green trademarks processed by the USPTO this week:
- Green trade/service marks published for opposition:147
Including the following:
- Green certification/collective marks published for opposition:2
- Green trade/service marks awarded registration:50
Including the following:
- Green certification/collective marks awarded registration:None this week.
The volume of green trademarks, both published for opposition as well as awarded registration, shot back up to more normal levels this week.
Here’s this week’s rundown on the green trademarks processed by the USPTO this week:
- Green trade/service marks published for opposition: 96
Including the following:
- Green certification/collective marks published for opposition: 1
- Green trade/service marks awarded registration: 15
Including the following:
- Green certification/collective marks awarded registration: None this week
The volume of green trademarks, both published for opposition as well as awarded registration, is down this week. However, the overall volume of marks reflected in this week’s Official Gazette was also about 1/3 less than normal.
